One total hour of Q&A per restaurant account, once, not monthly. Cancelling and rejoining does not reset the hour. Customers enter and maintain their setup and operating data.
No activation fee. Account, billing and software-issue assistance carry no advisory fee. Custom training, menu entry and consulting are separate. Optional services are never required.
Released software and scanner
Released Command Center features cover culinary building, intelligence, daily operations, costing and reporting. POS and QuickBooks connections are separate.
Invoice scan assistance is included. There is no separate InsightChef per-scan fee for the released device-based scanner. File limits apply; the chef reviews all extracted data before posting.
Additional locations: $199/month each. Founding eligibility is confirmed separately.

Purchased time is additional to the web plan's included Q&A hour. Partial 15-minute increments round up. Extra work requires authorization. No bookkeeping or emergency-response guarantee is included.
Custom services: $125/hour, only within an accepted scope and approved hour cap. Connection fees do not cover custom integration development.

Not available to purchase yet. Approved InsightChef fees below apply only after provider approval, authorized access, successful testing and activation. No connection charge is collected before activation. No release date is promised.

Setup covers one connection, mapping and activation testing. Monthly service covers the released connector and technical support. Data cleanup and custom development are separate.
Third-party charges are additional. POS software, QuickBooks subscriptions and any provider access or API charges are not included. The exact provider charges and supported data flow must be confirmed before activation. QuickBooks Desktop, payment processing, hardware and bookkeeping are excluded.

Example monthly totals
For one location, web DIY only is $149/month at the Founding rate or $199/month at Standard. Add the optional advisory plan for totals of $248 or $298/month.
When released, one POS and one QuickBooks connection without advisory would total $199 or $249/month. This connection example excludes $500 in one-time activation fees, third-party charges and tax. Standard pricing applies from month 13 for Founding subscriptions.
All prices are USD, before applicable taxes. Optional monthly services may be cancelled before renewal. Completed one-time work remains payable. This approved price schedule does not amend existing customer agreements. Review the web subscription terms before purchase.
