Scott HanayikFounder, InsightChef Pro
Meet the founder · 35 years in restaurants
A chef’s perspective. An owner’s priorities.
Scott Hanayik started as a busboy at 15, saving for his first car. Over 35 years in the restaurant business, he has held every position in a restaurant—including Executive Chef and Owner.
A Level One Sommelier and Mixologist, Scott brings a food-and-beverage perspective to restaurant operations. His two specialties are straightforward: reducing costs and growing sales.
InsightChef Pro brings that experience into a practical tool designed to connect the work of a kitchen with the numbers behind it—supporting the chef's intuition with a clearer view of the business.
One total hour of Q&A per restaurant account, once, not monthly. No activation fee. Account, billing and software-issue assistance carry no advisory fee. You enter and maintain your restaurant's setup and operating data; optional services are never required.
Cancelling and rejoining does not reset the included hour. Both plans have no annual commitment; cancel before renewal for access through the paid month. POS and QuickBooks connections are planned and unavailable to purchase.
These are invitations to discuss future collaboration—not announcements of existing partnerships, endorsements or available integrations. Terms and deliverables would be agreed separately.
